Monitor in range of 9k - 11k

Hi,
I am looking forward to buying a new 22" LCD monitor in range of 9k - 11k.
I need to decide between Samsung mist 22" and Benq 22" E2200 .
Need some opinions regarding which one is better or if I can get any other monitor within this range.

but what is the graphics card that you have and do you play games?

ya grafix card is needed for 22" inch LCD
