Mobo-Prosc combo HELP

I want to buy the Intel core 2 duo e6300. I want a good mother board for the prosc. And have selected the following

asus p5ld2vm se
Intel Board DG33TL

please tell me the prices for these mobos and suggest other options.
I ahve a budget of 10-12k


ps-- (Want onboard graphics on the mobo).

I am in hurry guys. Please somebody help me out.

btw u hav a budget of 10k for the mobo or the proccy+mobo???
