Mobile under 17k

Hey

M looking for a mobile handset under 17k..earlier i was luking for Desire x but it crosses my budget...strict budget can't exceed further.(Samsung to be avoided).
Is there any launch near diwali..under 17k..

there are not muchof good handset in under 17k bracket..mobiles u can look for are:

do you know these 3 mobiles implement one of the weakest processor found in mobiles and can't even record 720p video.

check these 3 mobiles:
HTC One V
Sony Xperia Sola
Sony Xperia Neo L

cost 16-18k. Slightly over budget but worth the extra cost.

heard sola is facing many display and network issues worldwide.

my friend owns it..n she hasn't faced any such problems yet...so as far as i know no such issues out there...still check some users' reviews before getting it..

if u want (ONLY) rugged phone, then xperia go though it's resolution is less..but same powerful internal specs as sola and xperia u...n plus point jelly bean update announced by sony for it unlike sola n u...

if u want real beast and best performer and are not bothering about brand n servicing then look for Lava XOLO X900 ...it's real performer...check benchmarks n review on AnandTech.
