Htc desire c is over 10k
i would suggest micromax Canvas a110...
but if you are uncomforatble with micromax than go for sony tipo...

Go for A110 but know this that it wont be getting any custom roms/updates
Huawei X5 Pro is also available for 8k in flipkart.. its a good phone.. and it will get custom roms but has single core/5MP cam

+1 for Huawei G330..vfm..i wonder y desire x is so overpriced hving similar specs with g330...huge difference of 8k..should ban desire x lol..

everyone once in a while will have some issue with a particular product or brand as a whole. this doesn't mean you simply ignore or avoid the brand. this kind of conflicts occur all the time and forum already have enough complain against Samsung as well as Sony (Sony Ericsson).
