Yes it is. I've used the G700 (the one with a camera) and its performance was pretty good. The 2.4" screen is nice for watching videos and there are tons of mods available. It doesn't have WiFi though, so that might be an issue depending on your perspective.

Poor choice, given that SE recently earmarked the w950 (along with the k850, m600 and other phones) as EOL products. The keypad is pretty horrible as well.
