mobile inside 10k

I need a mobile with GPS ... 3G ... WiFi ....

under or just over 10k ......
The mobile should be such... which can be used in USA ....
as my father would be going there shortly ....

Its better to buy the phone in the us. All android phones come with gps.
You can look for samsung galaxy 5 since your budget is 10k

Nokia C5 also has good quality GPS and map system and costs between 7.5 to 8k and works without GPRS
