MiRc over Lan

Hi all,
I want to connect to MiRc chat in a pc which got shared internet connection from server. Sharing done by a proxy. How can i configure MiRc to connect to internet. I was not able to connect when i put IP of server.
pls help me

go to connect -> firewall -> put your proxy details there
choose "both" as firewall support
and "proxy" as protocol

( i have never used it this way .. but i think it should work
if it doesnt .. then take a look at this page.)
