Mini Home entertainment - Config help!

Now i have enough options 2 choose from... i can always look at the sub 35k config in de other post if i decide to go for it :)

Also what monitor u suggest?

Will PS3 give me occasional work on Word/PPT and image editing and lot other stuff :p

Buddy PS3 suited as per ur thread title....if u wanna work on word/ppt than it will not be a mini home theater system......:))

ur family & frnds will dont wanna c u opening MSWord or Powerpoint....when all the mood is set for movie viewing....:))...dat part u can do on ur desktop or laptop...

imagine working on word/ppt in 32" or 42" LCD/LED TV :-D

Btw I can work on ppt/doc file on my S60v5 cellphone :wink:

lol... good point but i meant occasionally... wont have all systems switched on at a time! so it wud be nice 2 do other stuff on it too! and gaming is not a priority! plus de downloading part ;)

I wud make a Home Entertainment System then I wud stay away from making it a msword/ppt hub....:mrgreen:

Home Theater is purely for "entertainment purpose" though gaming is also
recommended....

hahaha... ok i will rephrase it! :p

I need a PC which will me mostly used for watching movies n TV :p

i even liked Dell AIO 2310 but the price is bit high plus i hate the Dell after warranty service :\

Right off the assembly line
Concentrate on getting a computer with a good graphics card then, at least 1gb or higher and a ram of at least 4gb. The processor also makes a big deal upon performance as well.
