For india, microsoft US will not comunicate in middle, so u have to contact microsoft india care, if u have prvious purchase details it will be easy to get ,u can just send the letter/fax regarding the matter or else just try 'contact us ' link in bootom end of the indian Microsoft website and request (chances are less in second case).
