Hello forum,
since afternoon I have encountered a lot of ads injecting on my web browser,I have been tracking task manager but still I won't find any application with suspicious usage of any resources, but here is the thought which pings me.

I am using internet through my friends laptop,by using AdHoc method and is there a possible way of malware injecting ads just because the traffic is going through my friends system and he has all sorts of malware installed in his system.

There are two ways it can happen. DNS hijacking at router level or local plugins installed to browser ( normally ). AdwCleaner mention earlier is a popularly suggest remedy for adware.

At first, you should use a good adblocking extension in your browser like AdBlock or Adblock Plus. Then run a full scan on your PC. Use a powerful antivirus. There are some effective antivirus which are free like SafeBytes.
