MAC on WINDOWS

ok, i have winxp sp2 and sabayon linux(gentoo)with the following pc config
intel p4 530 j 3ghz, sse3, 1mb l2 cache
1gb ddr 400 ram
gefore 6600 gt 128 mb
80 gb pata hdd 7.2k
intel 915 gav
liteon dvd writer


i want to run mac os x on windows or dual boot it with windows
i downloaded osx86 tiger from piratebay, ran it with vmware, it works but is ver slow, does any one know any faster method.
can anyone tell me how to dual boot it with windows.
i'll be very thankful.

Not Mac OS X 10.4 "Tiger". No Intel Mac has ever shipped without Mac OS X 10.4 "Tiger" pre-installed, so Apple does not sell it independently for the x86 architecture.
