Low-Mid End Graphics Card ???

Hi Friends,
Please help me decide to buy a decent mid-range gfx card.

I finalized:
- 8600GT 256MB DDR3
- 9500GT 256MB DDR3
- HD4650 512MB DDR3

Also, is HD4650 512MB DDR2 better than 8600GT/9500GT DDR3.

Also please advise about card manufacturers i.e. which is best value for money?
- XFX
- PALIT
- ZOTAC

yes. HD4650 is better. btw, what's your budget. I would suggest Palit 9600GT for 5.5k

You mean even HD4650 DDR2 is better than 9500GT/8600GT DDR3?

Well i'm on a tight budget n i'm not a serious gamer, my budget is around 3.5-4.0k.
May b i can extend it if HD4650 DDR2 is better than DDR3 9500GT/8600GT...

I mostly play racing titles like:
NFS series (prostreet, undercover)
Codemasters' Racing Games (dirt, grid)
Rockstar Games (midnight club)

plz suggest as per these games...

HD4650 is the better one among the above mentioned cards, and costs less than 9600GT ( at some places due to availability ATI cards costs much high than nVidia)
