Low end GPU @ 3.5k

A friend of mine is planning to buy a new GPU for mild gaming. So here goes the details

1. Which Power Supply do you have? (Be EXACT while naming the company and model)
Ans: UMAX 450w

2. What is your budget?
Ans: Rs.3500 max

3. Which resolution will you game at?
Ans: 1366x768

4. What are your current computer specifications?
Ans: Intel Core 2 Duo E4500
Intel 945GCNL
1GB DDR2

I have the PowerColor HD 5570 1GB DDR3 in mind. Suggestions needed.

Is it possible to increase the budget to 3.8K?

Then get the MSI GT 440 1 GB GDDR3 @ 3.85K from smc

^^Can't extend the budget for GT 440. So among HD5570 & GT430 which one performs better?

Both are more or less but HD 5570 is little ahead I guess. You can also try to find the GT 240 GDDR5 version locally which is more powerful than GT 430.
Also there is a GDDR3 version of HD 5670, available within your budget. Try that too.

I had bought it locally for 3.8k.
