Lost my KAV serial number.

Hi,

I had got 1 year free subscription thru this link:-

But my PC crashed and I did'nt backup my key nor did I register on the kaspersky site,

I contacted kaspersky a week back but I havent got any response frm them,

What do I do? I dont wanna lose such an offer like this .

All the responses suggest contacting the helpdesk. I guess u should wait for some moretime for response from Kaspersky.

I guess, you would have got an email which contained the key from them???
