1) Pref. Freeware
2) Dont need Advance features (just Lock folder with P/Ward + encryption )
3)sry dont suggest Bitlocker or MyLockFolder

Downloaded and tried , i was able to access hidden folder via cmd line but its oke , lot better than "MyLockFolder" , Thank you very much

Why not use Truecrypt ? Open source, free, most secure.

I tried it earlier but not user friendly or at-least for me

There's something known as PixCrypt or Pixel Crypter(Not sure about exact name). It encrypts files/folders in an image. Try that too.
