Go 4 Corel Draw, they also give you lots of Templates where you can customise them for ur satisfication dude.

And as always Logo Creater is the delux version to build stunning Logo's and Xara WebStyle 4.0 s ur source.

Unfortunately know of them are Free, either ShareWare or Demo Version.

It's very good but not free.

Try out GIMP 2. Its free There is something called script-fu which will help you create logos very easily.
