Serial number should be enough for claiming RMA .. Rashi and Neoteric both provides service for Logitech products AFAIK.

Now, here is my colleague's RMA experience -
1. Logitech does NOT provide replacement without copy of original bill.
2. Logitech support is pretty fast once a ticket is raised with them - all replies are almost always within 12 hours of the customer's email, except on Sunday.
3. Neoteric has stopped providing support for some Logitech KBAM models, 1st May, 2013 onwards. Only Savex, Ingram and Rashi provide support for these models.
4. Neoteric Service Centre address is

They are also a dropping point for WD HDD RMA in Kolkata. [HDD need not be packed, may be carried in by hand, but RMA sheet printout is must]

6. Rashi provided spot-replacement of KBAM to my colleague on first visit itself




Also, they did not have the same model so provided slightly higher model!
Total time taken from lodging complaint to getting replacement - 5 days [my colleague slept on it for 3 days, so actual time is just 2 days, which, I think, is fantastic!!
