i have been facing this problem since the past 1 week...
i was using limewire to download stuff and the speeds were always in the 107kbps-120kbps range...Since 3-4 days the speed has come down to 2-3kbps without any kind of intimation or problem from the PC..i was using the default settings before and the speeds were fine..havent installed anything new in the pc also..tried doing it disabling antivirus and all but still no use...is there somethin else thats causing the problem..tried scanning for viruses also but didnt find any...using a 1Mbps connection at home...thanx...
