strictly between both i will choose nexus 5, but you should not buy 1.5 yr old device, same for lg g2..
comparing hardware wise lg g2, and software wise nexus 5..
but one plus one would be great deal... think about it before investing money... or wait for better upcoming device...

Don't get Nexus 5, poor battery life
Get LG G2, it has better battery life, camera & software(stock UI is boring, nothing in it...... I rooted my Nexus 4 within few weeks of buying it & I seriously miss Touchwiz. I won't buy Nexus as my next buy even if i get it at a good price. A little premium for software makes sense for me now)
Also do have a look at HTC Desire 826 & Honor 6 Plus

One Plus One is too big. And there will always be better devices coming up. But would rather like to go for something that is tried & tested in real world than finding out on your own after buying.

I'm using nexus 5, but I will not suggest you to buy at this time (October 2015 new nexus 5 coming).. it is still great.. battery and wifi is issue.. but if you go for g2 then hardware is good. software can be bad...
whatever you want to choose...
but nexus phones are meant for developers.. so developer use it for testing purpose and still nexus 5 is their best choice because of small size...
why to buy nexus device? (google it)
1. fast updates
2. best support compare to other device
3. developer, development purpose
i bought at that time because it was best at minimum price.. now stock means boring for most people so you can try out every rom available out there... when nexus 5 launched, stock UI was the trend, now it's changed.. people getting so many stock devices so they want something different... and result of that micromax deal with cynogenmod...
so decide yourself what you want to buy. I think best buy will be one plus one... or choose from any new upcoming device...
and 5.5 inch is not that big...

Wait for Zenphone 2 or buy Oneplus one. G2 has limited internal space. If you can, better look for LG G Pro 2.

I can't say right now... but it supported.. you can ask directly to lg customer care...
because operators not started rolling out 4g... from 800mhz to 2100mhz is capable of 4g...
but consider reliance jio for 4g, because company wants to roll out only 4g initially..

In India 2300MHz is TD-LTE while in developed countries 600-800MHz is FD-LTE.
1. FD-LTE requires two separate channels for uplink and downlink while in TD-LTE uplink downlink exist in same channel hence TD is cheaper compared to same frequency of FD
2. In TD uplink and downlink ratio can be changed dynamically that means download bandwidth can be increased if more users are downloading at the same time.
3. TD support more users (you can think as in FD 1 user is alloted 600 MHz bandwidth while in TD if 4 users share 2400 MHz bandwidth then each will get 600 MHz bandwidth same as FD but the trick here is this 2400 MHz bandwidth is shared by more than 4 users say 8 users. Now all the users don't use LTE same time suppose 4 users using at time 1 they will get 600 MHz each and at time2 other 4 users are using they will also get a bandwidth of 600 MHz and if at time3 6 users are using they will get 400 MHz bandwidth each.) so for the same cost 8 users are served instead of 4 (though at they will get less bandwidth,compared to FD ,if all users are using at the same time) hence reduces the cost.
So actually data plan will cost less.
With a lower frequency spectrum, you can either get longer coverage range or better coverage on buildings.
Now, the reason part: When an antenna radiates electromagnetic frequencies, it's power at a point reduces as per inverse square law. Simply put the power reduces faster and faster as you go farther and farther.
Now, this reduction is also dependent on the frequencies. The lower frequencies lose power less faster.
So, if an 1800MHz tower can cover about 6km in a sparsely built area, a tower with 900MHz can cover about 9-10km.
Or, the power within a densely populated/built area is reasonably good with a 900 band frequency than with an 1800 band frequency.
Guess, with this inherent property of lower frequencies, it's obvious why companies are ready to pay more for 900 band vs. 1800 band.

1800mhz band is most popular for 4g roll out in those operators..
Rcom plans to use 800mhz for a large scale FD-LTE rollout..

I know G2 is old. But So is N5. Both are still in good demand online & off-line. Just want to select one of them and that i can use for another 2 or so years. I don't want the latest mobile. I want a tried & tested one which can last long.
