LG Combo drive does not detect Dual Layer DVDs

Hi guys,

I have an LG Combo drive (HL-DT-ST RW/DVD GCC-4522B).

Though once upon a time it used to read dual layer DVDs, not it does not even acknowledge the existence of them. Normal DVDs and CDs work fine.

Please help ASAP.

Someone please help....Atleast tell me if it is a hardware or a software problem.
