Letsbuy is one of the most loved and hated online shopping websites. Loved for their discounts and hated for their service.

Instead of speculation, this thread aims at getting accurate figures of how fast or slow the response from letsbuy is in response to a query raised, after you have paid with your money. We know their CC is a little swifter when the money is still in our hands. :) But you can mention even that.

~Their number 0124 – 4901234 is not toll free. So you lose precious money even attempting to get to the CC.

Wow.. so many Letsbuy related threads is a small time.
But considering the amount of effort for you to make this template, I will have to appreciate it.

Personally I think, factor such as, "Customer Care" response time is very subjective, and is very difficult to estimate. Even if this thread is able to record some data, it may not be able to project an accurate estimation of their Service, as a whole.

Still, I hope people contribute to it.

Avg time to reach CC- 2 mins

Least time- 10 secs!
max time- 2mins

CC was always very responsive. Though my problem was not solved but still I was satisfied with their service, as my problem was a bit typical.
