Laptop under 35k

Budget : 35k
Requirements : Basic needs - browsing, document editing, no gaming
Is this a good deal -> Dell Vostro 1550 @ Rs. 35802
Any better deal than this for the budget?

Go for this : HP Probook 4430s. You will get much better config with other brands along with a graphic card but probook has much better build quality and is sufficient for basic tasks.

So eventually it will bump up my budget over 40k!

This one's cheaper, so even with OS it won't overshoot your budget. The asus aroraanant has mentioned above has a much better config though, so choose between better quality and better config.
