Samsung 550p-
i5 IB
gt650m-2GB
1600*900p Matte display
JBL3 Speakers w/ subwoofer
6GB ram

He asked for 12-14" screen and thin +light.. "Some games" doesnt really need 650M.

Display and speakers are really good in this machine but screen is 15.6". So try giving details which doesnt match with his preferences too.

You can go for 14" versions of Dell i.e. Inspiron 14R and Inspiron 14R Special Edition (little out of budget).

Other than that there are few ultrabooks too but I dont have much info on that.

Sasmung NP550P

If you want 14 inch get a dell inspiron 14r se or sony vaio E series(looks really nice).

But do remember 14" inspiron 14r se is as heavy and is bulkier than the 15" np550p.

Or get the dell 14r se or sony e series(looks really nice)

But do remember the 14" dell weighs as much and is bulkier than the 15" np550p.

Have a look at Sony VAIO S Series SVS13112EN but you won't get a dedicated graphic card, but Intel 4000 can do for normal stuff and gaming too.
And Dell inspiron 14R is also a very good option but it is not that light and portable.
