Is this laptop a good bet or please advice me of another brand in the same price range

well i didnt find this laptop very good in comparision to other..
i found ASUS i5 processor, 15" anti glare screen, 4gb ram, 500 HDD - for arnd 35k

or get one with 2GB ATI graphic card,i5 proccy, and cost was arnd 42k
