Guys, Can anybody gimme some update on latest HDD prices from Lamington Road, Mumbai Or Nehru Place, New Delhi??
I just want to get the idea of how much should i keep my budget. I want to buy a 120 or 160 GB internal IDE Hdd in next 1 month. Please help.

i have heard that external hard drives with capacity more than 120 gb require power apart from the usb source

I recently bought laptop hdd with usb casing, its been 1 week, from nhru plc
its samsung 80gb 5yrs warranty for Rs2600.

one piece of advice:- make sure that u buy that casing whose usb cable contains 3usb ports connectors (one on one end and two on the other).
coz what I got was 2usb ports on one end and a card-reader like connector on the other. now the cable got broken from card-reader-connector's end.
I searched virtually ENTIRE nhru plc but cudnt find a replacemnt.
They said the cable that i have is not so much used.
and i ended up buying a new casing (local one for Rs 150).
