you can allways use 2 LAN card & simumteniuoslly... do what anubhav_har suggested, plug the cards in, connect each with RJ45, now @ the both PC go to network settings, right click on the new

1st system which has the broadband connection, (hope u have BSNL DataOne)

IP 192.168.1.xx (it can be any thing between 2 to 255 but not same as system 2)
Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0
Default getway 192.168.1.1
Preferd DNS 61.0.0.5 (or ur ISP DNS)
Alternet DNS 61.1.96.71 (or ur ISP DNS)
now for the second system,
right click on the new
Local Area Network connection
