I use P2P Bear Share software.
I hav a 128Kbitsps net connection but it can download data more than the bandwidth.
Sometimes it touch even 300Kbitsps.
how is this possible.
if ya know kindly tell me

Well that is just occasional eg. - wen it starts
But u will se it will see it will settle down to optimal sppeds of ur connexion

u doesn't understand,
it just dropsdown below 128kbitsps for a while and most of the time is above 128kbitsps
