If you plan to do this by dual boot, it can be done by first installing another OS and then mounting the ISO on a virtual CD drive using emulators such as Alcohol 120%, etc... But if you want to a fresh install or reinstall etc, you need to burn a CD and then install from it...
first of all IMO u can do this only if u r using windows 98 or something.
use free tools like daemon tools, install it, and mount the image onto a virtual drive and install it.
tell me if this was of any help to u
Try copying the Contents to HDD by inserting on deamon tools.
Start setup from ur previous os and select fresh install and after restart the setup will read files from the disc backup copied on HDD.
