Both are old and EOL mobos. Think before blindly recommanding them. P45 Neo-F retails for hardly 1-1.2k more and is definitely worth to go for it.

Do we know about his budget. so these are somewhat similar to what he posted about 4500/- for mobo.
and this mobo is frequently suggested by many members and even the Agent 001 in the digit mag.

For your usage ... i wld recommend the following changes..

Processor : Intel E5200 : 4500 --> E7200 : 5600 (+ 1100)
Mobo : For moderate Overclocking Gigabyte G31 : 2700 ( - 1800)
RAM : Kingston 2 X 1 GB DDR2 800 Mhz :1800
HDD : Seagate 500 GB SATA II (16 MB buffer) : 3200 --> WD 640 GB 16MB : 3800 (+600)
Optical : LG GSA H55N : 1050
drive
Cabinate : Zebronics Bijli :1000
SMPS : Cooler Master Extreme 500 Watt :2500
Keyboard: Logitech Keyboard & mouse (optical) :1000
GFX card : EVGA 9600 GT KO :7500
Speakers : Altec Lancing BXR 1121 : 1300

So your total budget will remain the same and u'll get better performance. But if u can extend your budget a little more then i will say Get Palit 9800 GT for Rs.8200, u'll nt regret. Its wayy better than 9600 GT and will be more future proof with upcoming Shader Intensive games.

But one thing, if u can anyway get E5200 for Rs.4000 in anyway, don't leave it, it's worth it. Especially once u OC it to 3.4GHz.
G31 will allow that much.
9600GT cost about 6.5k
Get AltecLansing ATP3 2.1 @ 2.4k(speakers, awesome)
For 9600GT, u can get CM460W @ 2.2k and save.

^ATP3 has been discontinued long time ago. It has been replaced by VS2421.

And in my opinion 9800 GT >>>> 9600 GT (112 shaders Vs 64 ) ..and it will perform way better in shader intensive games.

And to OC 5200 to 3.4 Ghz ... u need a very very good cooler ...... so E7200 is better for him coz he is not thinking of OCing in near future.

No, 4GHz on AIR has been done.

But I suggest 3.4Ghz wich will indeed be easy with that PROCC>

Yes again, but frm wat I've seen, 9600GT is more VFM, and MORE OC. But 9800GT is a gud option too.
If 9600GT, he can save again on PSU, and CM500W is about 2.7-2.8k, 0.5k more.

the OP is looking EVGA 9600 GT KO which is the best 9600 GT out there and its 7.5k ... PAlit 9800 GT is 8.2 k and is worth the price difference. After All Stream Processor Do count a lot in graphically heavy games and difference of (112-64) 48 SP's is Significant.

And about 5200, i agree its a really good proccy for its range. It will be a good choice and and will make 9800 GT in the budget too.

Go for this one its better. But for speakers look for creative one in lower range.

And if you can extend you budget a bit I will recomend you the Palit's HD4850 for 9500.
