Makes more sense to go with LGA 1155 Sandy Bridge. "Future proof" as some people say.

I am the night...I am...
Amd 6 core is better in applications and core i5 sb is better in games

Wrong buddy. i5 2x00 sandybridge are faster even in multithreaded apps than amd hex cores owing to their superior architecture. Hex cores were better than nehalem based quad cores (particularly lynnfield and low end bloomfields )in multithreaded apps but sandybridge has turned the tables in the midrange playing field.

Future support for 1155 based ivybridge processors is just icing on the cake.

guys, he has mentioned that he wants OC capable motherboard as he is gonna OC..so suggest him good p67 board with cooler..

If budget restricts then he can go with
i5 2500k @ 11k

Intel DP67BG - 8.5K
Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD3-B3 - 9.5K
MSI P67A GD55 - 9.5K

K - series should be paired with P67 mobo
non K - series to H67 mobo...

Reason for pairing this way is that,
P67 mobo has good OCing capabilities...
