Did not know anything about modding. After buying the phone, went to XDA forum and started reading. There are less than a dozen mods... Selected one...

did the ~130Mhz overclock affected backup of mobile & also mobile heats up while in use?

i am getting 1.5days of backup on average use. should get better backup on a modded rom.

Did not notice battery drain as of yet. Phone does not overheat.

I have not been using the phone extensively, because I am yet to port number from CDMA. But from what I have used, did not notice any spectacular battery drain. My dad has an iPhone 3Gs, and its battery drains just as quickly as mine when streaming youtube over wifi or playing Angry birds...
