Right off the assembly line
I am running following configuration

Core2Duo E8400@3.0 Ghz
Asus P5KPL-CM Motherboard
Zebronics Delta Series PSU 520W (12V rail 24A)
4GB DDR2 800Mhz RAM
LG DVD Writer
Seagate 250GB SATA HDD

I'm planning to add a ATI Radeon 4850 will it be possible to run it with the power supply i have presenty. Also, is some one already running a similar config?

If not what problems may I run into with the present powersupply and the graphic card added? Which power supply would be ideal to use and the cost?

i dnt think that ur current power supply can hold it with HD 4850, as it need atleast 29-30 A on 12V rails.
So if u can spare 3.5 k then Corsair VX450 is ur best bet.

About the probs with current PSU one or more more than one things can happen from the following list
The PC will not boot at all
PC will boot will restart at the XP welcome screen
It will pass the welcome screen but will keep hanging or crashing on load ..

You cant BLOW up your mobo/components. And ya, get a new PSU. Preferably the Corsair VX450W or CoolerMaster EP 500W.
