Is Nokia N96 out yet?

Is N96 released. they said q3. but some websites saying they be doing it ASAP.
and any of u know the speculated price?

But when i asked to some big stores they say it will take time as in india operators/service providers currently doesn't support the DVB-H mobile TV tuner feature which is said to be the main throbbing feature of this beauty
