Guys couple of years ago i was a complete noob plus idiot..
i had purchased dell inspiron 580 desktop for gaming..(i dint knew about this forum that time)
i have already spend so much on it like i changed graphic card, smps..etc etc i stil regret my decision..
but anyways..now the thing is i want to completely get rid of this dell thing..
they have restricted many setting in bios..like i canot even overclock..
they have even made a partition disk for recovery i guess of almost 50 gb which is not accessible and it has become useless..
now i want to know is it possible to get rid of these things completely (i hope u got my point) and make it completely new pc..
And one more thing will i be able to use my original copy of windows which they have provided??

It is possible, but I don't think it is a good idea for a branded machine as it might affect your OEM Windows activation.

for deleting all of the partition download the botable ISo version of PartedMagic, make a bootable CD and boot your pc with that and delete all unnecessary partitions.

and for using the original windows use some key finder type app ( this will tell you the valid Serial No. of windows from registry ) - while installing windows use that key but this method may or may not work - so first try to install a fresh copy of windows on a different partition using the key ( you got from registry ) - if this works go ahead - delete recovery partitions and install fresh copy of windows.

AFAIK there will be activation issues when trying to install Win7 using a a retail disk with a OEM key. you can use this to check your installation key KeyFinder | Magical Jelly Bean

You can use original copy of windows after a clean install. Just back up current activation using ABR or Advanced Tokens Manager before fresh install and copy the files to a pen drive. After fresh install of windows on same computer just restore activation. Click here for more details.

your desktop pc uses standard m-atx mobo ( based on Intel H57 ?? Foxconn DH57M02 ? ) but most probably you won't find any official unlocked bios update - your only option is to look for some kind of moded/hacked unlocked bios which has no such limitations but you may end up finding no such moded bios for the mothetboard though if you want you can change the mobo

It is possible, but I don't think it is a good idea but still you want reinstall your bios then follow following instructions:

1.) Turn on your computer. Open your Internet browser and download the appropriate BIOS file from your computer manufacturer's website. Save the file to a temporary directory.

2.) Double-click on the downloaded .exe file. This will open a dialog prompting you to extract the needed BIOS files. Accept and extract the files into the same directory as the downloaded file. Write down the exact name of the .BIO file that is extracted.

3.) Insert your USB drive through one of the ports on your computer. Copy the extracted .BIO as well as the IFLASH.exe files. Restart your computer when done.

4.) During boot, press the F2 key. This will bring you to the boot menu. Select "Enable USB Boot" at the selection screen with your arrow and Enter keys. Press the F10 key when done.

5.) Boot your PC with the USB device and the copied files when asked. At the dialog prompt, type "IFLASH/PF _____.BIO" without quotes, where _____ is the filename of the .BIO file you wrote down. Wait for the installation to complete. Restart your computer.
