A friend 4m mumbai is looking to buy this second hand pc's cpu.
P4
intel motherboard,
40 gb hdd,
1 gb ddr1 ram

Is it a wise deal for 3.5k?

speed of the CPU? P4 was available from 1.7Ghz to 3.4Ghz
But it seems OK.

I think 3.5k i a bit more, see the members market to get an idea of the prices,I would give 2.5k for it as it really has no value these days, the P4 is probably more than 4 years old too.
