No. This was an experiment done earlier with the help of some software like midpoint-teamer, but it involves many hardware issues. The company eventually went out of business sometime about five or six years back.
This will involve setting up the connection such that work is equally distributed among the connections. so if there are two connection one fast and other slow, this will work like the slow. It is better to go for one better and fast connection other than two connections.
