I have 6 PC, 5 at shop and 1 at home sharing same internet connection
however the speed at home is much less than the speed of internet connection at shop

I think maybe the problem is because of the LAN Card I installed in the PC at home because the onboard LAN of PC at home was not working is there any way of increasing the speed at home

The LAN card that I am using provides 10Mbps connection however when all the connections are active the connection at home is the slowest, almost non working state.

The problem is that the internet connection speed at my home is slow
and how to speed them up

Do I need a better LAN Card or not??

No. 10Mbps is much faster than the broadband speeds we have here in India, so the card itself cannot be a bottleneck.

You have not said anything about the distance between your home and the shop in terms of cable length. If you're using a very long cable length, that can cause unreliable performance and a drop in speed.

The maximum length of cable for network connections using CAT5 UTP cables is usually given as 100 meters. This is not a an exact figure, and some connections may work well at somewhat longer lengths while some may start to have problems at less than 100 meters. The quality of crimping the wires and the presence or absence of strong interference play a part.

Also make sure that the twisted pairs of wires in the cable are used properly. I was once called to help an internet cafe with their network that was very unreliable. The networking had been done by technicians from a computer shop - supposed to be pros. But they had used the individual wires of the cable without choosing twisted pairs for the Tx and Rx lines. That's a big no-no.

Sorry for such a late reply, but I was away

Fine. Did you check for correct use of twisted pairs?

1 & 2, 3 & 6, 4 & 5, 7 & 8

Twisted pairs, i dont know about that, however i used the color coding

o-O-g-B-b-g-Br-br

to lay down the cable
