My internet connection is not working now in Windows XP.
But right now it works with the Ubuntu live cd.
I have checked the network configs.
The ip address and dns server addresses are all properly config's.
I use touchtel adsl.
DHCP is disabled and I dont know how to enable it.Cant find on google.
Also when I try to ping anywhere except 127.0.0.1, I get an error saying ping failed error code 65.
Does anyone have the solution for this?

Checked online and uninstalled Zone alarm.Using avast alone, but problem is still there.
Both the Ubuntu and Knoppix live cd's work fine.But windoze doesnt.
