Internet Explorer Problem

Guys from 4-5 days i am facing a problem in Internet Explorer.
none of the sites open in it, only the page is displayed which says "Page cannot be Displayed" i searched through the settings bt couldnt find nething dere, can neone help me out.
my connection is perfectly working.

1) can you open site in other browser??
2) Are you using IE7..if not than upgrade to IE7

3) Delete all browser :
Open IE-->> Tools-->> Delete Browsing History -->> Delete All

4) Try IE7 in no addon mode
IE7 in no addon Mode

4) Reset IE7 to all default setting

yes the sites open both in Opera and Firefox.
and m using IE7.

resetting didnt helped

evn in no-addon mode the same message is displayed
