Hey guys,
When I started my PC it didn't move on after the bio screen(1st screen that comes).

There was my mobo and blah blah...and then, in the end there was this written:

"Intel recommends the use of a 2x12 power connector OR a 2x10 power connector in conjugation with the 1x4 alternate power connector."

This has really freaked me out. What is this? And after that was written
"Press any key to continue"

When I do so it goes on to oad the OS and normal startup.
My config is:
P4 3GHz HT
Intel D915GAG
XFX 6200TC
1GB DDR 400MHz + 512MB DDR 333MHz = 1.5GB DDR 333MHz(400MHz scaled down)
250W SMPS

My config has given no such messga efor the past 3 years..Then why now?
And there has been no affect in performance.

What is the problem?

the problem is of power shortage ...... the line at the end of the message is refferring to the 24 or 20 pin power connector with a seperate power 4 pin power connector (placed near by the back plate and proceesor.)
May be one(or more) pins in ur PSU's power supply connecters have gone bad.
