Intel is plans to keep rolling out the chips. The company will introduce both the
desktop & notebook versions of its new processor 'Core 2 Duo' at an event
in it's Silicon Valley headquarters on July 27.
So what does 'Core 2 Duo' offer? According to Intel it offers 40% increase in
performance , also 40% decrease in power consumption versus it's Pentium D
processor. Looks like Intel is on the firing mode after a lacklustre quarterly performance!!
