Just boot off the Windows startup disk or install CD and then hit fdisk /mbr and then use Ranish Partition Manager to reconvert the empty space to valid FAT32 systems to avoid a repartition/reinstall.
To install Fedora, just burn the images to a CD, insert the first disc into your topmost drive, restart the computer, at boot time keep pressing F8 to get to the boot selection screen, select your CD drive and hit Enter to begin the install process. Follow the instructions on-screen.
To create a bootable CD for Win98, create a startup Windows floppy by right clicking the floppy drive, selecting the "Copy system files" and then formatting it. Open Nero and select Bootable CD from the list and then point to the image on the floppy and then hit OK and then proceed to fill up the space on the rest of the CD with whatever data you want.
