well after a lot of searching I finally got something which i though will be

good for all who r willing to install ubuntu on there Windows system

either with or without Cd.

Having ubuntu 7.04 live cd follow this link :

Having ubuntu 7.04 alternate Cd follow this link on a Windows with FAT

Having ubuntu 7.04 alternate Cd follow this link on a Windows with NTFS :

WANT YO INSTALL UBUNTU 7.04 without CD

i dont know abt other Linux distro (as i m new in Linux) but i can tell u

ubuntu 7.04 can read and write files on NTFS drives
