In-Ear Headphones and Laptop Cooler @2k each

I think the title says it all.. anyways i need a laptop cooler in the 2k price range and a pair of in-ear headphones in the same price bracket..
so any advice would be appreciated..

2k for a laptop cooler? anyways I saw ones from Belkin @1.8 Logitech @? and cooler master. Check them out any hardware shop.

My friend uses one which he got for 250-300 bucks. Has a USB fan.


For in ear everyones gonna point at Brainwavz M1 as usual.
