my father is in judicial service,
he and every judge is getting bsnl home 900 ul plan, but high court is saying
that u r allowed to see only judical sites and if u visit any site other then judical one eg. yahoo,orkut,indiatimes etc, they will know abt it by going through there data record or something.
my question is...
is it possible for any one to record or see what sites u have visited.

i hope im not breaking any rule by asking this...

well yes they can spy on you and record what sites u are visiting (technically). But trust me .(practically) lazy BSNL people will never do that . Even if they do , dont worry they will not take any action against it.

Actually, I think it is very easy to monitor at the site server itself what sites are visited and from which computer the request was sent using software...
