Whenever I open forum in IE it takes me to a wikipedia page of Ididot as defination

yes you are infested by some malwares.

Turn off system restore..and restore your system to best know time.
Easy solution.

run a complete malware/spyware scan using any antispyware soft like SpyBot S&D
also run a thorough virus scan with u r antivirus
just 2 b xtra sure that the pc is now clean
