Idle memory usage - Nokia E6 and other Anna phones?

What is an acceptable idle memory usage for a Nokia E6? Currently mine hovers around 170 - 190 MB.
I am on Symbian Anna.
This is with no visible programs running in the task switches except Ram Info.

I had to look into this after running into repeated Gen Memory Full errors with Opera Mobile and closing of all other background running tasks.

i guess low memory problem is with all symbian anna.. my friend got too many errors regarding memory on his nokia 500 running symbiam anna.. most of the time he had to restart his phone to use camera and opera mobile always showed low memory on opening pages....
however the problem was solved with belle update....

In my case, I believe I did not have much of this problem until I did an upgrade to Opera Mobile 12. Prior to this I would get this if I try to load too many tabs. Now I get this even with a single tab.
