IDEA Internet Problem

i hav Activated the 13 rupee Ul plan and iam getting good speeds (coz of Edge) on my Mobile
but the Problem is that Iam unable to download moore than 4-5MB of File from net in Mobile and computer and After connecting to net on my computer i hav to enter the Proxies on every app i use which requires net . Iam unable to Log in to Yahoo messanger
and also iam unable to Login to Yahoo mail or Gmail
Plz help me iam getting Frustrated
Iam Using SE K790i via Data Cable to connect to my Pc

I think you are not using a pure http connection. Whats the APN that you are using ? Try the APN 'internet'. It does not need any proxies and offers a pure http connection. Not sure it will work on your mobile though, but its worth trying.

Previously i was usin airtel (no-edge) i was gettin 2-3Kbps now they hav dis continued the 15 ul plan

That amount will be deducted from your prepaid account everyday while this service is active. You need to deactivate it manually on the same day if you want to use if for one day only.

Thats decent. I normally get speeds of around 15-18 KBps. I have seen some downloads running at more than 21 KBps. I guess its because the subscriber base of Idea in Mumbai is still very low. Whatever it is, I am loving it

its gud but idea service or activation things r very slow
