IDE to USB

Hey Guys,
I have two old samsung IDE drives (40GB and 80GB) with stuff in it, and i no longer have a PC. Is there any way in which i can access the data in it by a USB converter or something?

Buy an external casing for 100-150 and you're good to go.

Dude it is an ordinary thing you can buy it it from any good computer store.
