Right off the assembly line
Hello,
I want to upgrade my PC configuration. Monitor, Keyboard-Mouse, Sound System, CD-Drive, Hard-disk are working fine.
I just want to buy new CPU and motherboard;
I don't need high processing power. I use this PC for home use only.
Software I usually run on it are:
MS office
VLC media player &
some web browsers
Please suggest me a good CPU(any Intel or AMD) that will give satisfactory performance (I mean not very slow) and a compatible motherboard. I heard AMD CPUs' prices are lower than Intel's.
I don't want to spend much money on it so My budget is around 6k. I can buy these from Mumbai or Pune.
